Description

Delicious and easy-to-make yogurt parfaits with a graham cracker crust and fresh berries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (thick/strained)
  • 4 oz light cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted coconut oil until it feels like wet sand.
  2. Press 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of 4 small mason jars.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. Divide the filling evenly between the jars on top of the crust.
  5. Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Top with fresh berries right before serving and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free option, substitute Greek yogurt and cream cheese with plant-based alternatives.
  • This recipe can easily be doubled for a larger batch.
