Description

Delicious breakfast tortilla bowls filled with sausage, eggs, and cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ lb breakfast sausage
  • 7 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (6 count) package tortilla bowls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
  3. Place sausage in the bottom of the tortilla bowls. Top with shredded cheese.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, dry mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder – season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the eggs are set.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley or green onions before serving.
