Delicious breakfast tortilla bowls filled with sausage, eggs, and cheese.

- ½ lb breakfast sausage
- 7 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (6 count) package tortilla bowls
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- Place sausage in the bottom of the tortilla bowls. Top with shredded cheese.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, dry mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder – season with salt and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the eggs are set.
- Sprinkle with parsley or green onions before serving.
