Description
A delicious baked pasta dish with Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Italian sausage (casings removed)
- 8 oz medium egg noodles (about 4 cups)
- 1 (10 oz) can Garlic Parmesan Cheese Soup
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup chopped pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, cheese soup, pizza sauce, and cooked pasta noodles. Stir until combined.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared pan. Top with mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan, and chopped pepperoni.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute turkey sausage for a lighter dish.
