Description

A delicious baked pasta dish with Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Italian sausage (casings removed)
  • 8 oz medium egg noodles (about 4 cups)
  • 1 (10 oz) can Garlic Parmesan Cheese Soup
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chopped pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain fat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, cheese soup, pizza sauce, and cooked pasta noodles. Stir until combined.
  5. Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared pan. Top with mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan, and chopped pepperoni.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute turkey sausage for a lighter dish.
