Delicious and soft chocolate crinkle cookies rolled in powdered sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar and oil until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Gradually stir in dry ingredients until fully combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough by tablespoonfuls and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat generously.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until tops are cracked but centers are soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
