- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth, then stir in melted butter.
- Add granulated sugar and brown sugar to the banana mixture, mixing until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack; slice when completely cooled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider using brown butter instead of unsalted butter.
- Adding nuts or chocolate chips can enhance the recipe.
