Description

A fresh and crisp radish salad with lemon and Parmesan.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch Radishes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Fresh grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill (torn)
  • to taste Salt & black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Radishes: Slice your radishes evenly to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  2. Massage: In a mixing bowl, toss the radish slices with the juice of half a lemon and a generous pinch of salt. Massage them gently for 1-2 minutes until they soften.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add olive oil, fresh grated Parmesan, and torn dill to the bowl. Toss everything together gently.
  4. Plate and Garnish: Spread the radish slices artistically on a plate. Finish off with lemon zest, additional Parmesan, torn dill, and freshly cracked black pepper.
  5. Serve Immediately: Serve the salad while it’s fresh and crisp.
