Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 10 ounces cheese tortellini
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt

- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked tortellini and browned beef into the skillet. Stir to coat everything in the sauce.
- Toss in the baby spinach and cook until just wilted.
- Adjust seasoning if needed, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with mushrooms or a plant-based meat alternative.
- This dish pairs well with garlic bread and a side salad.
