Description

Deliciously crispy chicken strips coated with crushed Cool Ranch Doritos, perfect for a fun dinner or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bag (255g) Cool Ranch Doritos
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line two baking sheets with foil or lightly brush with olive oil.
  3. Cut each chicken breast into strips about 3-4 inches long.
  4. Crush the Doritos in their bag until they resemble corn flakes.
  5. Set up dipping stations: place milk, flour, beaten eggs, and crushed Doritos in separate bowls.
  6. Dip each chicken strip first in milk, then flour, followed by eggs, and finally coat with crushed Doritos.
  7. Place coated chicken on the baking sheets and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
