- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bag (255g) Cool Ranch Doritos
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line two baking sheets with foil or lightly brush with olive oil.
- Cut each chicken breast into strips about 3-4 inches long.
- Crush the Doritos in their bag until they resemble corn flakes.
- Set up dipping stations: place milk, flour, beaten eggs, and crushed Doritos in separate bowls.
- Dip each chicken strip first in milk, then flour, followed by eggs, and finally coat with crushed Doritos.
- Place coated chicken on the baking sheets and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can season the flour with garlic powder or paprika.
