Instructions
- In a 6-quart slow cooker, add the whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure the chocolate melts evenly.
- After 2 hours, stir the hot chocolate again until smooth and fully melted.
- Serve directly from the slow cooker set to “warm.”
- Top each mug with marshmallows, whipped cream, candy canes, or your favorite garnish.
