Description

Delicious and creamy chicken Alfredo made effortlessly in your crock pot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in your crock pot.
  2. Top with butter, cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  5. Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return it to the pot.
  6. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
  7. Drain and add the pasta to the crock pot.
  8. Stir everything to coat the pasta in the Alfredo sauce.
  9. Garnish with parsley if using and serve warm.
