Delicious and creamy chicken Alfredo made effortlessly in your crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in your crock pot.
- Top with butter, cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return it to the pot.
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
- Drain and add the pasta to the crock pot.
- Stir everything to coat the pasta in the Alfredo sauce.
- Garnish with parsley if using and serve warm.
