Description

This delicious Spinach Artichoke Pasta with Chicken combines tender chicken, fresh spinach, and artichoke hearts in a creamy Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 12 oz penne or fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
