- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 0 cup chopped green onions
- 0 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 to 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
- 0 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 0 teaspoon salt
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- crackers or crostini for serving
Instructions
- Add cranberries, green onions, cilantro, jalapeños, sugar, lime juice, and salt to a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped (not puréed).
- Chill cranberry mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight to let flavors meld.
- Spread softened cream cheese evenly on a serving platter or dish.
- Drain excess liquid from cranberry mixture using a fine mesh sieve.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture evenly over the cream cheese.
- Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or pita chips.
