Description

Delicious and festive cheesy pizza dough balls shaped like a Christmas tree!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 33 cubes mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle and cut it into 33 equal pieces.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into 33 cubes.
  4. Place one cube of cheese in each piece of dough, pinch to seal, and roll into balls.
  5. Arrange the dough balls in the shape of a Christmas tree on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20–22 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. While baking, melt butter and mix in garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  8. Once out of the oven, brush the warm bread with the butter mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley if using.
  10. Serve warm with marinara or ranch dip.
